HID headlight bulbs

5000K or 6000K Headlight bulbs Need opinions!!!

6000K will be a little more blue, but 5000k will be brighter with more light output. The closer you can get to 4300K the brighter the lights will be.

I did a quick search; here is a link with color charts for an approximation. My favorite is the 5000k because while I don't want them yellow like halogens, I don't want them blue, either...

I think I will go with the 5000K I am painting eyebrows on my headlights as we speak!! they look awesome

Are you doing a retrofit or just swapping out the bulbs?

Im going to buy the HID kit to make it brighter. it comes with the ballast and everything. im buying them from DDM tuning for a great Price!!!

Make sure you give the 'Got *HID* Problems? Check in here..' thread a good once over in the TECH sub-forum, save yourself some hassle.
