Leave the steps off, it looks way better. My girlfriend has trouble getting into my truck even though its only lifted 2" in the front (she's short) so I just have to throw her in the truck when she rides with me lol

Damn fine looking truck, dude! Forgive me but what kind of lift did you install? My wife likes having side steps too, but i swear it makes the truck look lower than it is. I gotta say it again... Damn good looking truck!

Lift is the Perfomance Accessories 3 inch Body Lift. I really can't see me putting the step bars back on..everyone is telling me to leave them off...with the exception of the wife..lol. I'm 6'3'' and have no real issues getting in and out of the truck...and thanks for the compliment. I used to love the chrome look, but am now really fond of the blacked out look...Next step is now to tint the front windows...

I've got AMP power steps on my truck with a 3" body lift, also, and they tuck up flush. A little pricey, but you both win! They also come down and out further (making them more practical) than any step bar you'll find.
