Default Would a 3" body lift be cheesy?

04' 2500 hemi 4x4. Quad cab WITH 8' box. I'd love a 2" body lift but to my knowledge there isn't anything.

I just think it would look cheesy. Even with something covering the gap between the frame and body.

I'm not sure yet if I want to invest in a 6" suspension which would need 37" rubber IMHO to look right. Which is of course more $$ for tires on top of an expensive lift. But it think with the length of my truck a 6" suspension and a 3" body together with 37" rubber would look great. It wouldn't appear to be as high as a short box would either.

Anyone make special panels or anything to cover the body/frame gaps from a body lift or is that pretty much just a DIY.

I think performance accessories makes gap panels for their body lifts.

I, personally, am not a big fan of body lifts simply because it makes your rig look like a damn Chevy with the frame hanging out.

Just know it's only for looks. If you think your truck will be better offroad, it won't be
