why do i want to do this so the rust wont get worse thats why makes sense to me.I bought one of those sanding cups and hooked it on my drill today i got alot of rust off just to see what it would do then in the spring ill sand again and then put the por 15 on.

 

I was told to use a rust reformer after I sand off the loose rust that will freeze the rust.what brand is good?
