2004 ram 4.7 92,000 miles gas is killing me i drive 135 miles round trip a day only getting 15 mpg gas 4 times a week 300 a week in gas

Yeah doncline you need to shove a rag in your intake, that'll fix your mpgs!

I own a truck because I use it as a truck. I was known for saying this in the 2nd Gen forum so now I'll say it here: Trucks are for hauling cargo, not for hauling ***. My truck can haul 4,000lbs very efficiently versus my Mazda 3; however, the Mazda is perfect for smaller loads; is easier to handle; and is more fuel efficient based on its intended purpose.

Perhaps you should rethink the reason you own a truck and why the trucks MPG is a concern.
