Ive been having issues with my superchips tuner since day 1 and customer support has not done anything to fix the issue which doesnt seem to be very difficult. ive told them exactly what seems to be the issue and they just keep telling me to update the tuner which is not working. so i am hoping i can fine someone with the same tuner which is the 3845 and hoping that if there is anyone willing to send me a copy of the files on the tuner. i know it would have the vin number on it but i obviously dont need that specific file but at this point it couldnt make the situation any worse. not sure if this matters but my truck is a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 SLT Quad Cab
if anyting i would at least want to get the tuner back to being able to be used so i can sell it. i have hp tuners no so i dont need the superchips now.

 

So what is the actual problem?
