Default Truck leaning to the left

So i have an 06 ram 1500 4x4 that wont align properly. the entire truck leans to the left side and i’ve replaced all suspension parts. leaf springs, struts, and control arms. i’ve had the frame checked for damage or twisting and nothing. can someone please tell me where else an issue could be because i’ve torn the truck apart numerous times trying to figure it out.

Did you run history report on it when you bought it? If it was wrecked and the frame wasn't straightened properly, you might never get it right until the frame is fixed. Otherwise, it might be that the previous owner was WAY overweight. A guy I used to work with had to retire when his weight got close to 700 pounds and he couldn't walk or fit on the equipment. He bought a new SUV every 2 or 3 years and when he traded the old one in, the dealer had to replaced the drivers door hinges and check the frame as he had to pull himself up on the door.

i have owned the truck for about 5 years now and have never had an issue with this. ever since the strut snapped, it’s lower on the drivers side by 2 3/4 from flat ground to fender and all 4 tires have exact same pressure. it has to be something in suspension because it levels out when you jack the drivers side up on front and back.

If you jack the truck up and rotate the L.F. wheel, do you hear any noise? It might be a wheel bearing failing.

When you replaced the upper control arm on the drivers side. Did you level the arm and torque it while it was on the ground?

i don’t believe so. i’ve changed every single part under the front end from control arms and bushings to struts, steering rack, and all ball joints/ti-rod ends. my rear bumper is bent and it’s missing the left side rear bumper bracket but i don’t think that would cause it to lean since it’s just the bumper support.

no i did not. could that be an issue because i do know that they are pretty hard to move up and down when the control arm is bolted to the frame.

Look if the upper control arm is parallel to the ground parked. If not, jack up that wheel. Loosen the control arm. make it parallel. Set it back down, retorque the nuts.
