Default Fender bender/ tail light issue

A few days ago I was hit on a local Hwy and did a little damage to the rear, passenger side. I purchased a new light assembly but the two things on the right of it no longer line up. Will the screws from the bed/ tail gate be sufficient to hold the light in place so We can drive it again?

Get yourself a small hammer, and a block of wood, and *massage* the sheetmetal to some semblance of where it is supposed to be.

it’ll hold if you tighten them good enough but i’d expect it to be flopping around as it’s not stable with out the screws on the right but it should get u around but the flopping might cause it to fly off at high speeds
