Anybody know a good after market headlight company?, busted a lens. don't want to buy garbage that doesn't stay adjusted. OEM seems to be discontinued....

I've had good luck buying whatever looks nice on ebay

places like alpharex build some high price retrofits which would probably give you the best light output, just depends what you want to spend

I got headlights for my 2nd gen from AM-Autoparts.com. They fit exactly like the factory units, are adjustable, and seem to be of reasonable quality. I replaced mine because the originals were seriously yellowed..... First set still look brand new after 7 years, 2nd set (on another truck) still look brand new after.... 7 years.

I've done good with headlights from them as well.

Another member went from the single bulb headights, to the sport dual bulb fellers. Had I know the conversion was that easy, I would have gone that direction as well.

Yes, if not trying retrofits with projectors or something the clear OEM dual beam style is a must on the old 2nd gens. I've gotten ok performance from single bulb clear lenses

Yeah, me too. I put the LMC Truck relay harness in as well, along with a some sylvania silverstar bulbs, and light output is VASTLY superior to what I started with.

I’ve had good luck with Morimoto and Depo for aftermarket headlights—quality build and they stay properly adjusted. They’re a bit pricier than some, but definitely worth it compared to cheap options. Check reviews for your specific model to make sure they fit well. Hope that helps
