Use the pressure recommendation on the door sill as a starting point. It represents what DC believes is the best pressure for normal conditions (35 psi). The pressure on the tire representst the maximum pressure possible in the tire. Typical LT tires run in the 44 to 50 psi range. Inflating your tires to their maximum pressure will lead to a very harsh ride with a lot of center wear. Some folks push the front pressure to 40 psi and leave the rears at 35 psi when operating with no load. Carrying a full load, towing with a high tonque weight, etc. would probably indicate a higher rear pressure, maybe 40 psi. I run empty most of the time and have both front and rear pegged at 35 psi.
