Well i feel lucky then. In texas the tint for the front is 25% and as dark as you would like in the back. My rearside windows are at 5%, my rear window is30 because i have a headache rack andso i can see out of it,and my front are at 30. I had 25on my last truck in the front and 5 all the way around the rearand it was horrible driving at night.

Yeah I have 5% all the way around my truck, and in CALI you are not allowed to have ANY tint on the front windows. I also have a 5% 8" strip going across the windshield and you are only allowed 5"'s. However in my town, the cops don't really hassel you for tint. My windows have been tinted for almost a year now and I have not had one problem with the law. But then again I do know most of the cops in my town as I used to work on all the patrol vehicles and motorcycles, and worked for a sheriff. I believe 25% is the legal tint on rear windows in CA.. Not sure though.

It is a pain to see out at night, but I manage, and the truck looks bitchin' so I leave the limo on.. Besides I paid almost $300 for the tint.

I love Latin America, they only have to have a 10" strip on the front window without tint. Aside from that you can have as much as you want as dark as you want.
