hey bro, first off...props, the lights look good. secondly, what all do we need to do to our lights to pop out the ambers. also, to open the lights? any info would be great, i was considering doing this and possibly painting the silver in my liights black to match my truck.

it's really not too hard to explain......just pull ur headlamps out, then use a heat gun and heat up the area where the lens and housing meet (a utility knife also is useful here) and slowly work your way around the housing, once you get the lens off there is 4 tabs holding the chrome insert in, move the tabs ous of the way and out comes the insert, flip the insert over and there's some glue or somethere that they used to hold the lends in just use a pair of needlenose pliers and break the glue and out comes the lens, polish up the insert and ur ready to reassemble........just a tip, but i put the headlight in the oven after it was apart to soften up the adhesvie and then used a screwdriver to scrape out all the extra that i could get out of it..

here's a couple pics a buddy of mine took while i did this to mine:

Nice look, I like the amber on my truck. Those headlights are a bitch to get out too. the rearest bolt is a pain on the drivers side.

Yeah sorry that I didnt specify and thanks to the people who explained it.... I couldnt have said it better. I have a couple adds though TOUCH THE CHROME AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE if you get your finger oils on it you have to wipe it off and it scratches REALLY easy. and as far as that underside bolt, I used a 1/4 drive socket with afew extensions just lightly push down on the bumper cover. ALSO dont heat it up too much when it cools it wil get small cracks
