RE: blue/other color day lights?
they might actually be flourecent bulbs witch sometimes give it a blue look., witch an easy way to get those is just go tto any autoparts store, or if they are actually blue then i thought it was illegal to have any color because those are used for emergency vehichles, but i could be wrong, hopefully more knowledgeable people will help you out and respond, but just a little info.

thanks man...it's taken awhile to get it like this with lack of extra money lol.....the bulbs i have are HID look-a-like, they are a whiteish-blue on lown beam and have a deeper blue tint when they are on high beams...i have them in the headlights and fog lights....i dont have any pics, but i'll see what i can do here in the next couple of days...i'm in the middle of writing a 30 pg technical package for my comprehensive auto diagnostics class right now, so i'm just taken a break at the moment lol......
but i shall see what i can get done the next day or two

RE: blue/other color day lights?
States are different but most that I've lived in (10 now) red and blue are illegal. As well as anything flashing. I would imagine that is national but I'm not positive. Some states limit how blue the HID wanna-be's are as well. My buddy got pulled over for running those in PA. itried them but the light output sucked so I returned them. True HID kits are out there for our trucks, they'll cost you around $300-400 and you lose your high-beams. Google McCulloch HID and you'll see them everywhere, even ebay. You could put them just in your fogs and they'll look real cool.
