Don't know if someone can help me out or not, but I have a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Big Horn edition with power drivers seat and manual passengerboth cloth. I purchased a set of seats from a 2007 Laramie that are power and heated driver and passenger both leather.My06 cab harnss will not pluginto the main seat harness on the Laramie seats, they are different. The harness off theLaramie seats have 9 wires andmytruck has a different style connectorwith only 7wires.I thought this was going to be plug and play and all I was going to have to do was put in the heated seat switches, but I was wrong. Does anyone know if the cab seat harness is part of the main truckharness or is it just a jumper harness that would unplug maybe somewhere under the dash. Also when I changed out the radio I noticed three harness that were not pluged into anything, does anyone have an idea on what there for? I figured they were for the heated seat switches and sliding rear window if my truck had these options. I went by my local Dodge dealer today to see if they could tell me what I needed and they were clueless, and the service dept. said they have no wiring diagrams, witch is hard to beleive. Any help would be great, I hate to start hacking up the wiring in the truck. Surely someone had done this before.

shouldnt there be a special wire connect for it? check the dealer and see what they say.

 

Read the last sentence or so of his post:
