I’ve had the same issue for over a year. No one could figure this out. I removed the negative terminal from the battery. Then I disconnected every connector I could possible see on the truck and applied dielectric grease to the female connectors, I removed the ground wires that are bolted to the body (behind the air box near the top of the fender on the passenger side) and wire cleaned the connection, I removed the air intake box and cleaned the Mass Air Flow Sensor, I removed the throttle body and cleaned it. I reassembled and reconnected everything and have not had any issues since. I’m not sure which actually corrected the issue but if I were to guess, it would have been the the large connector going into the Transmission because it looked to be dry and is exposed to a lot of water.
