This is just too flipping sweet! I want this hood! but I cant find any online any place

thats the srt-10 hood, you can get it from the dealer, ebay, a few online stores have them...

What's the height of the scoop on the SRT-10 hood? Is it functional? If it is, does it actually direct air to the airbox, or is it just basically a vent?

It is functional. If you only install the hood it will vent air into the engine compartment. But you can buy a few different products that will port air right into the intake or to port air into the air box.

And I think Ill make mine function like it should RAM AIR! Although in the winter well have to block it off for better milage I hate Michigan!

dude, do some more searching on ebay...i have seen them for cheaper then that, like down to $450....keep looking around

I see there are some Fiber Glass ones but man there a lot of $$!
Id rather have the factory style steel hood should bolt right on and no hassles other than paint
