Wow...bad luck
So last night i was hanging out with my friends and we were putting in new lower control arms on my friends mustang GT. A guy that lives in my neighborhood saw my truck and stopped by, turns out he has a 2004 SRT-10 and had picked it uplast week. So later on that night he brought it by to show all of, asked me if I wanted to go for a ride but i declined ( could smell booze on his breathe). Later on in the night we were inside watching a movie and heard and longgggggggggg burn out then a few loud smashes. We all rushed outside to find the SRT-10 on its roof across the street from my friends house, turns out he did a burn out lost control smashed into a parked car and flipped and was really really drunk. They guy was taken to the hospital unconcious and every part of the truck was destroyed... the dash was even damn near cracked in half. I was debating on asking if i could buy it off of him for parts... but after looking at it closer i think the only thing possibly not damaged is the rear end. Felt real bad for the guy, but all comes back to if he wasnt so drunk this might not have happened.

holy moly, guacamole!! that sucks!! so, hes not gonna be getting an SRT-10 back anytime soon, is he? this is what i heard... SRT-10's are getting rarer and rarer because of idiots like these. they keep crashing them. thats sad but hey, thats what he gets, no? drinking + driving is a very dangerous combo. but he was probably drunk, not just buzzin it.

Nah............I don't play that "sorry hehad to go to hospital and poor guy and felt bad for the guy" CRAP!!!![:@].
HE WAS DRUNK and deserved all he got!!!
I'm only soooo glad, nobody else got involved or hurt.
It could have been one of us, or a family member, or just any innocent person he either maimed or killed.
I hope he hurts real bad this morning!.
WE all know not to drink and drive.
He knew what he was doing, it was his conscious decision and he still decided to go ahead.
Now let him take ALL the consequences[:@]

I have a friend who'sex-boyfriend was killed last year when he wrecked/rolled his quad cab SRT-10. He went to pass someone on a wet 2 lane road, and lost control. He was not wearing a seat belt, but his passenger was and they survived. I don't think drinking was a factor. Never saw any pics, but I was told it was ugly.
