Well it was raining outside today so i didnt have anything i could get accomplished outside so i was looking at stuff for my truck online.... bad idea... I ended up ordering a set of Infinity Kappa 6x9's and 6 1/2's for my doors, a dual mono amp 800 watts, a rockford fosgate punch 3 10"sub and a box to go under my back seat. Now i can't wait for it all to get here..

 

Doesn't that just feel soooo gooood to do that? Now I understand how women could spend all that money buying stuff like shoes at the mall... except what we blow our money on is useful. Hope it sounds super sweet. Get a 4 channel amp to power your doors... makes a ton of differance.

 

i started out with a 2 channel amp i'm going to bridge for just my sub right now. I started out with the lower end things for right now. This way i'll get improved over stock, then i can do other things i want with my truck while slowly increasing the system piece by piece.

 

Where did you get the stuff and how much did you spend?

got everythign brand new off ebay, spent about $450

 

lol it was kinda funny... i just found a good deal on the speakers so thats all i was gunna buy, then i was just looking at subs for future refrence but found a deal on that, well then of course i had to buy an amp to power it and a box for it to sit in

 

Man how I crave an updated sound system with some volume and bass! With the tints, the exhaust, and the weekend in Daytona Beach with my girl I'll have to live vicariously through your purchases for a while!

Congrats on the purchases! It feels damn good to spend good money on necessery items that provide us the solice and peace we need in our lives in order to avoid the annoyances of daily life and the willingness to lose itover insignificant drama!Viva la Visa! Ole!

oh i will enjoy it, i just told my girl friend about it and she said "great now when i try to talk to you in your truck you'll just turn the radio up louder..." i simply replied "yep" the rest of the ride home was pretty quiet

 

iu was looking on EBAY as well yesterday and found the box for underneath a QC and two kicker 10's or twelve's brand new for 135.00 I was just a left click away from buying them but decided to wait intill my truck was done getting lifted this weekend
