I just got a Flowmaster 50 series, dual exhaust at the rear, put on my 06 1500. I have only one problem with it... keeping my foot out of the gas. It sounds cool, and I can't stop. I originally got it as a means of saving a little on gas, but I don't think it's gonna help!

haha join the club. I got my super 40 for the same reason, and ended up losing mileage cuz i wanna listen to it rumble

 

did you put one or two flo master 50's

 

The only time my mpg are good are on long trips that I can use the cruise and keep my foot rested nicely next to the pedal instead of ON THE PEDAL!!!! LOL!!!

hahahaha my buddy and i just threw a 50 series single in dual out on his 4.7 1500 took is literally 5 mins. and he cant keep his foot out of it. lol didnt have enuff money for the whole exhaust so we just threw the muffler under it to make it sound sweet. diggin how dodge did the exhaust. we undid that bolt rubber mallet couple hits old off new on in 5 mins. SWEEEEET

 

i've got the 40 series on my 06, and i've got the same problem!!! lol i don't mind to much though.

 

just put same exhaust on my friends truck an he has same problem,i heard him romping on it all over town

 

That problem cures itself after a few trips to the gas station...

 

Not for me everytime A chevy or a Ford hears it they try an keep up but usually break off before I can even get it up to 120[X(]
