That doesn't look to bad for that many miles! I assume you didn't have any issues removing it? My concern is buildup and/or the plug is seized.
No problems at all removing them. I got the engine hot and went to work...they all came out smooth. A buddy with a ford put a good scar into me about fords problems with plugs breaking off. He told me to crack the plug and spray some carb cleaner into the hole and let the heat suck it into the cylinder...cleaning all the carbon off the threads. He did this on his truck and still broke 4 plugs.
I DID NOT use this method. I just simply unscrewed them without any issues. I did put 'never-seize' on the ones going in.
I purchased mine with 242,000 miles. The guy never changed the spark plugs. I did this and an oil change and changed two of the o2 sensors and it runs great!

ZOINKS !
I just change the plugs at 111,5xx and thought that was an amazing feat for the plugs going that long.
Hope you got the truck at a great price. I did find that changing the driver side plugs, if a person is skinny enough, you can place your foot on the frame right behind the cooling fan and strattle the hood cross-member. It helped greatly.
The plug changing wasn't hard, just those 10mm screw holding the COP took the longest.
232000 still original, exept plugs, wires, antifreeze, drive belt (changed to gatorback over 100K ago) general consumables, and clutch, bad pilot bearing shortly out of warranty
I said when I bought it that if I turned 100K on it, I'd feel I got my money's worth. I'm nearing that milestone, and I think there's many, many more miles left in it. I don't see myself getting rid of it. If something does go wrong, I'd rather spend $500, $1,000, etc. once than $500 a month for the next several years just for a warranty that will run out halfway through the payments.
