RE: flomasters
Ditto on the CAI price....
Not to hijack, but I have an exhasut questions as well .
On my 07, it has a huge tube muffler about 3ft long, then a piec of 2' pipe, and finally what looks to be a small muffler mounted just prior to the factory pipe existing the rear. I have not crawled under to get a better glimpse from the cat forward, but am curious if I am seeing 2 mufflers???
Thanks...
Btw, that was a great sound clip of the dumped 40 Flow on the 4.7.

Well...I have been highly debating the Super 40 and a Y adapter set up (like in the Vettes), but really depends on overall cost.
I actually am debating on the CAI in combo with a single Super 40 inlet/duall outlet as I read further and further about the set ups out there. However, if I go that route, I am now at a debate of running the tips in front of the rear wheels or dumping it. I like both set ups.
Ah, the tough decisions you love to make.

Because I have it on the Jeep and it sounds hella awesome. I ran a 50 on my Frontier and wasn't thrilled with it...granted those are 6 cylinders, but have heard the regular (delta) 40's on V8's....great sound. The super 40 gives a more straight through flow, but a deeper tone.
