i know this is beating a dead horse but i have a question. what is the difference in sound between the 40 and 50 series. i know i will be going with a simple single in/dual out setup and not sure where i will have the pipes exit. any suggestions? btw i am new to dodge trucks. i just picked up an 07 SLT quad cab 1500, silver!

Flowmaster has sound clips of the 50 on their website.
I had a 40 installed yesterday. Sounds nice.

this is the video of my ram dumped. Keep in mind, it is only the 4.7 but it puts out a hell of a rumble that turns heads everywhere you go! http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...+ram&hl=en

I had both the 50, and the 40... The 50 was not loud really at all. Sure sure you could hear it a bit. Nothing loud, no turning heads. Then I put the 40 on and BAM!! It sounds sooo much better!!! nice rumble! you can hear me wayy before I pull into the neighborhood, but inside the cab it really isn't too bad(in other words you get used to it, and you will like it)
