what kind of mpg are you guys getting?

 

With my set up and running Syn Oil, I average about 13-14 mpg across the whole tank. If I go on a long trip, I get 18 -20 MPG. And yes I do get into it alot.

 

I wish I got that good but I do have the 4X4 on mine. I average around 13 mpg on mine. I have gotten to 15mpg on road trips at 70mph so if I slowed down I would probably get alot more. I'm getting an undercover tonneau so that should help!

i get 15-15.5 overall driving. on interstate i get almost 17.

The most I've been able to get was 12.5 MPG.

But I only have 2500 miles on mine. Hopefull the MPG will get better as I rack up more miles!?

If I could get 14 I'd be a bit happier, and 18 I'd be very Happy.

Does Synthetic Oil make a difference?

Synthetic makes a difference and so does Nitrogen in the tires. You can get better with the tires Aired up to near the max of the tire pressure allowed. This allows the tires to roll easier.

Once you get about 4000 miles on it you will see better mileage. Have to break in the engine good then change the oil. I have had tanks that only got me 10-11 MPG, so it is all about the driving. These tanks were usually after some mod so I could feel/see differences. My truck right now only has 3800 miles on it.
