A lot of guys here have 07 and the SC tuner and run fine. Me thinks.

 

Ok, while not having any documentation here I believe my flashpaq and myMopar aftermarket remote starter have some sort of conflict. I believe now, as someone pointed out a few days ago, that this is due to the remote starter and not the flashpaqitself. Superchips has dozens of people using a falshpaq for a 2007 but no one has any problems remotely related to mine. I noticed my "possessed" truck again last night after I used my remote starter to go to the store. Everything was fine until I went to start my truck to go home and the possessed thing started up again. I reflashed my truck with my flashpaq and did not start the conventional way but I was able to get it started with my remote starter and drive home. This morning it started normal withoput a hitch. I removed my negative terminal from the battery for about 10 minutes to let the computer resetitself just in case. This coming weekend I will hopefully have time to check this out again because OI don't want my truck acting up for a cross country trip to Yellowstone.

 

this might be a dumb qustion but do they make superchips for 4.7s?

they do but only the 2003 model. So not for your truck anyway

just write them like a hundred emails saying they should make one for the 4.7 You could even start a petition lol

 

Or you could start a Poll here and if you got enough positive responses you could submit those results to SC.
