I did notice my brakes were stiff as hell when I was done though... has anyone experiance that, is it normal? They are the way they always were now though.

I wasn't in the towing mode, nor would that have any effects on the brakes... the brakes just seemed really "touchy" after.

 

oh i thought you meant they were stiff when you set the tuner to towing mode i was trying to figure out how that worked... i guess i don't really have an answer for you on that.

 

Might have just been the pucker factor.

Like your mind was still hauling a load but yer truck wasn't.

 

It definatly was a pucker factor... damn thing was huge. Never found out how big it was, and it wasn't the fact of driving around with something so big (I drive those big ladder trucks everyday at work, when you can swing your rear end 15 feet from a dead stop, that is a pucker factor, I can take out a car two lanes over with a $20,000 bucket... its been replaced a couple times, never because of me, usually someone rearending the rig). I was more worried because I don't know how much weight the class 1V hitch on a 2500 can handle. I think the dry weight of the trailer was 9000 or so, and there was a ton of **** in it.

 

im looking to get one for my 03 1500 hemi......all we have up here in ak is 90, my friend has one on his f-150 and he runs 90 and hes had no problems, am i in any real danger if i ran 90?

 

ok, UPS just dropped off superchip I ordered for my 2007 . hopefully it works out for me and doesnt mess up anything. right off the bat Im not impressed with the updating. went to the wedsight and set up a account. Im still waiting on a email validation code...

 

filled er up with premium and put the performance tune in. took a ride and Im not impressed! I dont see any $450 value here.

and whats with the turn signals being slowed to almost a creep.

 

No idea about the Turn signals, thats a new one on me.
Did you get the most current update downloadedin the tuner?
Did you change any other settings? Speed or Rev limiters?
Check yer stock Tire Size (in the Tuner) I bet it says 31.25 & you prolly have 33s
What did you set yer shift points at?
