Default Offroad y pipe, o2 sensor question

for you guys that did the off road y-pipes did u have to buy simulators for ur secondary O2 sensors, if so which did u buy and if not what did u do simply unhook them? If you unhook them will it set off the check engine light? Im not going to be running cats so no matter if i put them in or not the reading on the secondaries will not be correct. trying to get my headers + y-pipe in this weekend so any help would be great. thanks
