Power windows driving me crazy.
has anyone had this problem with power windows. I push the unlock button on the drivers side but cant get the back ones to go down when i press the button on the back door power window controll. If i press the unlock again sitll cant get them to work. All windows operate from the drivers seat. Dont understand whats going on.Any help would be apreciated.
Your post is a bit unclear, your power windows work from the master but not rear switches? If that is the case there is a yellow power feed wire that runs from the master to the other switches, it tends to rot out on the sill. Not likely the rear switches they don't fail very often. Now also check inside the black boots inside the rear door jambs if they are used lots the wires will break. Check your rear speakers you may fine they are in-op as well. hope this helps

You could also check to make sure your connections are tight. Another member had a similar problem with the passenger window and it ended up being a lose connector in the driver's door.
Since we are on the topic...Well... .almost anyways...is there a fix to lock the rear windows and not the fronts? My kids play with them in the back seat and if i get out and leave the wife in the truck.... she can't open her window... Any idea?
Hanson, the odds of 2 different switches taking a dump at the same time are less than the chances of you winning the lottery.
I need more info to diagnose this problem, no just take a stupid stab at it.

Hanson is prolly the most correct.
If all the windows work from the drivers master control then power is getting to the motors.
If the wire is rotted out then the master switch wouldnot work either.

Maybe your lock out switch is bad.
Test some voltages.
Here are some diagrams.
Q# - some spec
# - gauge of wire
Color - color of wire
