i have a magnaflow exhaust, i was wondering how i could make it louder? or is the only way by getting a new and better muffler? and if i did get a new muffler, is it easy to install myself?

 

do you still have resonators on? if you do you could take those off. Otherwise a more free flowing muffler

if you are looking for noise,two words,one chamder,flowmaster 30 series,with cats neithbors hates me loud,but good loud nice rumble.

 

I dont think i would call it better magnaflow is one of best out there i had a customer come in with true duel exhaust( two magnaflow mufflers suctom piping from headers back) and it was MEAN, but flowmaster would probably be louder.

the engine oil bypass was pretty good also hes right it is expensive so why run it through the engine block?
