Default Breaks squeaking

Last night when I was on my way home from work I heard my breaks squeaking, and I think that I am going to have to change the pads.

I have an 04 ram qc 4x4 w/4.7 and 32K miles... It seems kind of early to have to change the break pads to me... anyone have an Idea?

Doesn't seem early to me.
32k isn't bad. Usually front pads will last 30-40k.

Do they make ceramic pads for this application?

You can get brake sqeeking from an abundance of brake dust, or by your rotors being glazed. You rotors should be fine unless you continually stop hard from high speed. I plan on replacing my rotors with slotted rotors...

If I spray brake cleaner on the pads and rotors would that help???
