<<<2003, Lonestar package AND badging. My guess is that it started in 03 with the advent of the hemi in the new body style. No specialty packages for the 360.

 

I've never heard of it on an 03, i believe big horn started in 04 and lonestar and thunerroad followed in 05. Not positive tho

We bought our truck debadged; we only wanted the Hemi badge and we bought it off ebay at a really really good price. It was new.

As far as the Lone Star package, I had an 02 that had it. Mine didnt have the Lone Star badges, but my best friends husband had one too and it did have the Lone Star badges on it.
