I was curious who was going to order the Predator tomorrow. Hell I just maybe the guinea pig. Who has the lowest price so far? I have seen $359. Cant wait to turn that MDS off.

 

Why is it that all these after market people can turn it off... but the dammned stealerships can't do crap about it... Can't they just take the program from the 2500/3500's with the Hemi.. and put it into the 1500? atleast by customer choice?

 

I hope I'm way off on this one, but I'm starting to think the Predator isn't going to be all it's cracked up to be. I've been on their forum for a few weeks now and I'm starting to see a lot of specific questions being answered by statements starting off with "The initial release won't....." and "we hope to offer that feature a short while after the initial release". And these are almost always questions regarding features that we have been reading for some time now that the Predator will have. So it's looking to me that the "initial release" won't have a good many of the laundry list of features we have been reading about. And if the "initial release" doesn't have features we are led to believe we a gonna get.......and they never show, kinda sounds like that other company whose name starts with an "S".
I have asked two specific questions regarding features that I need right now that I have read in more than one place the Predator will offer (that the Superchips folks have been promising for over a year now) and in both cases, I have yet to get a reply at all from anyone at Diablo.
Again, I hope I'm dead wrong on this, but this is the vibe I'm getting...

 

I believe there was someone on here that has already ordered it and has just been waiting until its released to have it shipped out. I can't remember who or if they actually went through with it. Maybe they will chime in.

I do know that the Diablosport Predator is huge in the mustang world and I would have no problems buying one for my ram. I know most people on here use Superchips but id probably go with the Predator from previous experience with it.

 

I'll stick with my Superchips flashpaq.

What do you mean different motor? I thought they were all 5.7 HEMIs. I realize the 2500 and 3500 are rated for like 10-20 more horse but I was under the impression that it was because the 1500 was just de-tuned for emmisions.
