Default Changing Front Hub Bearing

I am trying to change the front hub bearing on an 05 3500 4x4.The manual I have tells me to remove the rotor (naturally) however the section on removing the rotor refers me to the section on removing the hub bearing. Now I feel like a piston in a bad engine. So a I decided to go off of instinct and remove the rotor from the axle, however it will not come off of the shaft [:@]. Any Ideas

Thanks in advance.

could be a clip holding it on, should be easier to come at it from the outside. Every hub ive taken off, ive come from the outside, not the axle
