This is a VERY common code. If you did a search on it you would find it is a issue with your gas cap or the rubber hose from the tank to the fill hole.

thanx for all of you guys help, I'll check out the fuel cap... And if it is the cap will that shut the engine check light off or do I have to reset it somehow...? If so how do I do this...? Thanx again....

If you fix it the light should turn off within 100 miles, but you could always pull the batter cable, wait a minute and put it back on.
