Well, today marked the offical start of Chrysler being free from Daimler's grasps and restarting their legacy. LaSorda is no longer in charge of the company, which is a good thing IMO....the Pentastar is now returned to the logo of everything Chrysler. All the name plates and the entrances here at the Tech Center/HQ have been removed of the DaimlerChrysler name and now have only the word "CHRYSLER" on every one....i have pics of the celebration today and also will be posting a pic later tonight of the Pentastar after it is lit, as LaSorda said "a symbol that Chrysler is the new star of the industry" (or something like that...dont remember for sure)....so let me know what you guys think of the official start of the "new" Chrysler

Now if Chrysler will give me a lifetime limited warranty on the 06 I bought in November......Kind of sucks to be the "in between" warranty...05's had 5yr 60,000, 06's 3 yr 36,000 and now if you buy an 07/08 you get lifetime.....I FEEL CHEATED!!!!

 

You feel cheated! I bought my truck 4 days before they started the Lifetime Warranty...and have not had the similar success of other members from Chrysler making me feel like a valued customer (read denied...butI can spend $995 at the dealership for it if I so desire). Nothing like making the customer feel disillusioned with in the first thirty days

 

Shoot....I'd be back at that dealer raisin hell!....

 

I hope Chrysler has better luck with Nardelli than Home Depot did - from what I heard,Home Depotpaid Nardelli toend his contractearly. Not everyone that's a manager at GE is a genius.
