Ok. If you see the link I sent you, you can see the image has codes to the wires.
If you look at the right rear speaker (+), its coming from Connector 1(C1), from pin 21 (21). You keep looking up the line and it says Dark Green/ Light Green(DG/LG LG is the strip while DG is most of the wire, this sequence applies to all wires) on wire gauge 18 (18) to connector C308(at the door jamb) to the positive of speaker.
Now to connect this to an RCA to your amp, get an RCA from radio shack that has wires loose on one end. Connect the + to the positive from the radio, - to the negative from the radio.
You probably knew that, but just in case anyway.

Lucky me it isn't Novell!!!! yeah i would like the MCSE. Right now i am Dell, fiber optic, Bicsi,certified. My back ground is Voice and data cabling infrastructure. But it's all good in the hood! i will let you know if i get the amp up in the truck. Peace!
