4X2 TO 4X4 CONVERSION

This was done successfully if you search for " SAS". He had to use a GM front axle though because if you're going to convert your truck you might as well go SFA and not IFS since it's less complicated and you can't use a dodge front axle because the Dana 44s are too weak for the 3rd gen and I don't think a 2500/3500 one is compatible

No, the suspension does not bolt right up. Cutting and welding will be required. Cheaper/easier to just buy a 4x4 truck, and sell your 2wd.

02-05 2wd uses front coil springs with shocks, the 02-05 4wd uses torsion bars and shocks. Good luck with that lol.
