Default Gibson Super Truck Exhaust

I have a quick question. The weekend before last, I changed my replacement muffler with the Gibson Super Truck Exhaust. I have noticed that the truck seems to shift a lot sooner and get into the lower rpms faster. I don't believe my driving style has changed, but I have also noticed that the truck seems to be sucking more gas, but my mpg hasn't changed. Am I just imagining things or is my mind playing tricks on me? Is there anyone that can expalin this to me? Just curious.

I'm planning on installing a set of JBA ceramic headers with flowmaster single exhaust. I will update if I notice the same results with my 04 QC 4X4 Hemi

No offense here guy, but how do you realize the truck is sucking more gas without changing the MPG?

It must be PFM is the vehicle seems to suck more gas, but the mileage stays the same!

My MPG did get a little better (about 1 MPG, woohoo) even though my driving style got a little more aggressive. I like to here the sound so I drive a little harder than I did with the stock exhaust.

There is a noticeable increase but I didn't put the headers on until after I changed the muffler and tips so the amount of noticeable increase wasn't much after each install. If I would have done it all at the same time I'm sure it would have felt a lot better.

Is it worth the money?.........hell yes!!!!![sm=lol.gif]
