speedo recal for tire size
I went from 245/70r17 to 265, and recal'd at the dealer- $90. Don't like the way it handles or drives with the 265's.
If I go back to 245 the OEM size, should I recal right away or canI wait awhile? I drive about20 miles a day and funds are tight right now to recal for 245's or buy a programmer.
Anybody in South Jersey have a Programmer or a Superchips Tirepaq programmer that would do it for $20?

RE: speedo recal for tire size
You should do it as soon as possible. It will mess up your mileage on your odometer for the most part. Tuners are also vin locked so you will need your own to do things like that. The dealer should recalibrate it for you for a smaller fee than a programmer. I know the local dealer here is $30.
