Does anyone know what the problem associated with the code and it's description?

The P0236 code came from reading DTC's from Bully Dog downloader. When I used the key feature on the truck I got P0234 TURBO BOOST LIMIT EXCEEDED. OOPS! Would that make it run rough and can I clear it somehow?

Thanks for any info you can provide....
