would be nice if i could find someone within a couple hundred miles or so that wouldnt mind helping me out. i'd supply the beer. lol. and hell why not steaks too!

 

ther a alot of Texas guys who have done cams...when i did mine, a fellow member from el paso flew out to cali and helped me with mine...

 

wow, cool guy. im a college student trying to keep the mods within budget by doing them myself. so if anyone in the west texas/oklahoma, new mexico area is willing to help i'd really appreciate it.

 

didn't watch the vid as i assume by your post that it was on a public highway and i won't patronize illegal (unsafe) practices. don't mean to preach but thats how people get killed. anyone wanting to test their vehicles speed please do it on a race track. i don't want my family killed.
BTW-why buy a truck and then see how fast it is? if your goal is to go fast then buy a sportscar.

...cuz all I can afford is one vehicle, and if I could put a class III hitch on a 350Z and seat 6 people and load it with all my camping gear at the same time...I would... blame Dodge on how they marketed the hemi when it first came out...and then blame the aftermarket for sellin performance parts...I know its wrong to street race and I wouldn't run fast on a busy street anyways....a desolate straight highway with miles of visibility and no other cars on the road..well, it's tempting...

 

hey supertrooper, why even post? did you need just need to vent? or do you just like to rain on somebody elses parade. it's these sensless comments that people like you post that ruin the dodgeforum expieience. there wasnt anyone on the highway i was on. it was in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night. so suit yourself and dont watch it. 88xj is right. ford is probably the vehicle for you. when they open up a top speed course in my neck of the woods you be sure to let me know.
