My '03 had 86K on it when I bought it last month. He was $13,100 after all the talking was done...one with that many miles in only four years is a bit worrisome. I hope it was all highway miles and its had impeccable maintenance. It should be on its fifth set of plugs, and at least third tranny fluid change.
Looks like a clean truck for the mileage that it has. It also looks as if a dealer is selling it. I would ask to see the carfax on this truck and see if any warranty work has been done. Any work at a dealer ship will show up on the carfax. You can get alot of info from a carfax and most dealers will have the carfax for the buyer to view. The first thing that I would do regardless of what the seller says, is a full tune up once in your buddies possesion. I mean plugs, wires, fluid changes, etc.
Yeah, i agree with everyone else geta car fax and run the maintenance when you buy it... Altho i'd do that on any vehicle not just high mileage...

I would run away VERY quickly from a truck with that many miles on it, eventhough I figure with an average of 34,500 miles it's predominantly highway miles...

go buy a new 07....up here the dealers are sellin em for $22K for a 4x4 Big Horn...sticker prices normally like $36K.....otherwise when your going to look at em just keep your eye out for anything that looks abnormal (ie: oil leaks, coolant leaks, trans leaks...that sorta stuff) make sure you take it out and drive it (not just around the block, take it on the highway and get it up to 70 or 80 and see how it does) basically make the decision with your head and dont rush into buying the first one you see or like....a better one may come along
