Mine came with 17" wheels, so the only "mods" have been Rancho shocks, factory tow hooks and trailer hitch, and a bed mat from TSC. About to hit 15k miles and 11 months of ownership...time for an air filter and oil change.

my 07 3.7 came with 230 Shetland ponies..lmao...according to the brochure at the dealer

 

The 4.0L V6 should be a considerably better engine than the 3.7

 

without a doubt, it will most likely be a better performer all around.
