I bought it used in 2005 ....had 40,000 miles....no modifications......after 6 months electrical problems started.....brake light out (not the bulb).....cruise control inoperable.....need to crank the starter for five seconds to start engine (every time...like clockwork)......engine cuts out at exactly 3500 rpm (like a rev limiter kicks in) wich makes passing other cars wishfull thinking....vent fan starts by itselfwithout key in the ignition.....and something else i cant remember right now.....The commercial on tv about how dodge ram is he longest lasting truck .......makes me sick to my stomach.....$11,000 for a piece of %$#@ IM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH MY DODGE

well that is the risk you take when you buy a used vehicle. you have no idea what the guy before you did with it or how it was used. personally why i'm trying to get my jeep to last till i'm outta med school so I can buy a new vehicle cuz I just don't like buying used.

also 11g's doesn't get you much for a vehicle anymore..

i'm not saying it doesn't suck because it does man. We had a ford explorer that was absolutely terrible. constant stallouts random light blinking. all sorts of under warranty repairs yet tjos was before all the lemon law stuff had come out.

hey thats sounds like the problem i was having with my truck it too its an 03, it would for no apparent reason the blower start and stop on its own i found the problem was the harness plug was melted its in behind the turn signal level in the column its blue and black and has a dozen or so wires in it. if yours has melted badly it could be shorted to a couple of wires. hope this helps you.
