Default High Flow Catalytic Converters

Anyone change out there converter for aftermarket high flows or straight thru's ? I was wondering if there any improvement after the change ? And which brands were tried. I need to keep a cat inline, but looking for better performance and fuel mileage.

I read on a thread a few months ago and some one said that the stock cats on the Hemi were high flow.

The stock Cats on the Ram are pretty good, Magnaflow makes a good hi-flow Cat, but it isn't worth the cost for the slight increase you'd get over the stockers.

I've heard that the cat isn't the biggest exhaust restriction, but that the factory Y pipe slows things down.

The 08 cats flow real good. The crimp at the Y needs some improvement.

I have a set of high flow converters from bear river converters for my Mustang.
