factory LSD?
The sticker in my glove box says my rear end is a "corporate 9" w/ 3.55 gears. Is this the factory installed LSD??? And also does anyone have any idea what the highest miles were on a c-clip failure?? Thanks Rob
It's got to say it has the LSD on the sticker for it to be one bro'.
If there's no mention of it, then you have an open diff.
I forget what they actually call it on the sticker. Someone will chime in.
Can't help on the miles thing.

Another sure whay to tell, is to take the rear cover off, and admire all the broken metal fragments in the bottom of the houseing that were once clutch pack retention clips.....[:@] You'll know for sure it's an LSD then.....

going to be getting mine changed next week now you said that "Axle-Anti spin differe" made me look on my build sheet for the truck as i aint got the sticker in the glovebox i was looking for lsd on the build sheet i figured i was good but guess not will know more next friday maybe i will be lucky and not find anything guess we will wait and see
If you don't have a sticker or build sheet do the following: Jack up rear end so both wheels are off the ground. tranny in neutral. Spin one tire forward the opposite tire will also spin forward if you have an LSD and will spin the opposite direction if you have an open diff. (old skool)
I havea used carrier/gearsif u need it. Has 76000 on it. Took mine out for 3.92's
