cranked the torsion bars
Looks good man, nice boat btw. Just wondering did you by chance use a measuring tape and get the exact lift you were able to get outta just crankin on them? Have you got to drive it much yet, any difference??

I agree: It looks too high. The floating beer intake vessel (boat) might be contributing to it.

Have you had it re-aligned yet to correct the change in toe and camber? If so, how far was it out?
all i did was crank the bars . no alignment yet. I drove about 50 miles and it tracks perfectly straight. Although if i hit a speed bump goin kinda fast the shocks do top out. As of now its fine. but the boat is bringing it down for sure.
Alright then stupid question, then you you litterally just tighten the bolts that are against the keys?? I know this is kinda a dumb question but I have heard you can make it more level doing that but it looks like you really got some results, and saved a couple hundred bucks, w/o buying a new keys. Thanks.
yes, you just tighten the bolts against the keys, but you may, as he explained have a problem with the shocks topping out, and anytime you do more that a specific part is designed to do, there is a chance of premature failure, just dont wonder what happens if you hear a pop and the front sags to one side. but i have done this myself as well, i did not level it, just raised it about 1.5 in. to get a little higher ride, and i have driven 30000 miles like this and not so much as a squeek, also that doesnt mean that it wont break tomorrow either.

well those do the same thing. they crank the torsion bars tighter. So pretty much those are a waste of money. If some one can explain to me how those will stop all the alignment probablems then I might buy them. All those do is start with the torsion bars cranked more than stock. If you know what I mean becuase its hard to explain. But Ill post pics soon. Oh and it sits level, I was just an idiot lookin at it when it was in half garage and half driveway.

To see whether you need new shocks is easy. Jack up the truck so the wheel droops to the max. Remove the upper mount of the shock and see if it droops more, if it does, new shocks or an extension is in order.
