yea definitely more details... why would you ask us to email you?? on a forum you post your question we post our answers you check back to offer and accept knowledge as often as you are able....
The higher the lift the more wind drag, the worse the gas mileage, also the larger & heavier the tires, the worse gase mileage. Also, the 5.9 has about 80 or so less horsepower than the Hemi, and yup, gets worse gas mileage. Nothing is going to make a dramatic difference in fuel economy. You need to just make sure it's proper maintained, frequent fluid changes, proper air in the tires, etc. will give you better fuel economy than any aftermarket product you could purchase. After that, you could help it breath a little better with cat back exhaust (if you don't one already) and possibly a CAI.
As far as tires, stay away from 37" tires, our IFS front ends can't handle it. You'll be breaking front end parts all the time if you take it off-road. Besides, your Pro-Comp 6" kit is really only about 5.5" and will not fit 37's without some trimming or other modifications. I believe Skyjacker is still the only 6" kit that will fit 37's without any trimming.
As far as the brand of tires, I've always liked Mickey Thompson/Dick Cepek offerings. The Mickey ATZ's are a great A/T tire. The MTZ's or Cepek Mud Country's are great in mud. The Baja Claw is VERY aggressive and the Cepek Fun Country II is a fantastic tire with features of both an A/T & M/T tread.

What does that mean hammerz71 you dont have faith in your truck or ours? I think you are wrong i had 37" tires on my truck for awhile and never broke anything except front hub bearings wearing out have a little faith. 37" tires will not fit with the procomp lift i had a body lift with mine but i recently took it off to fit 35'sand you can get better gas mileage out of the 5.9 i had a supercharger on mine and was getting 16-18 mpg with 37" tires i also had 4.56 gears.

your final drive ratio involves your rear end ratio and tire size, for instance, and this is just an example not sure on the numbers. you can have 4.56 and 35's or 4.10 and 33's and have about the same drive ratio, so no real differene in mpg, also stands up to the weight of larger tires better, bigger gears that is.
should i got with 4.11 like the site says for to save gas, or go with the 4.88 for best all around for 37's and what do you guys think about the gears for 35's? http://www.4wheelparts.com/gear_ratio.html sry new at the truck thing just need a lil push the right way with this lol. dont want to lose money
