I'm with Kregier.

Use a continuity tester on the load side of the fuse and start to isolate interior circuits. You have a short someplace.

Since it blows the fuse right away, its a heavy short/shunt.

Yeah, mopar mentioned the continuity tester and you mentioned the short, so that is where my feeble brain stuck, LOL!

Did you ever find your Short?

Don't be mad at the fuse it was just doing its job, of letting you know their is a problem.
