I guess some of us on this site have more money than others, maybe he can afford a new 4.7 motor but as for me I'm up to moding the old engine I have!!! You can call me a SUCKER if you want to, but at least im not spending 30k on a new truck just to I can get better hp and mpg!!

hahahaha i love when theses things come back from the grave...kinda makes you wonder what else is buried in this here forum. on that note, i'm with HankL on this one... i think those two particular mods are wayyyyyyy overpriced for the "gains"

 

I agree that the scoop isn't woth the money for it,And the price of the wire clearly doesn't add up to what it actually cost to make one.but,is what it cost for say....K&N or Airrraid to make an intake then sell it for $300 the samething?.I think $50 isn't bad for someone to make a powerwire,advertise it and ship it(packaging ect.).yes it costs less to actually make one,But they gotta make some kinda money for there efforts also.
