An alum radiator will not make your engine run 30 degrees cooler, that is controlled by your TStat and PCM kicking on the fans.

If you do get one make sure to put in the red antifreeze.

I have always been told alum radiators last longer with the red stuff. Do not know why. I bought two gallons for my SRT toady, even says it on the back of the bottle.

guess that would depend on the real temp that your engine is running at huh ... if the tstat is staying open and the temp still isn't coming down ...

good to know about the red stuff ... was also thinking about switching out the tstat for the cooler one in the process ...

anyone know where to get a radiator that will fit my 4.7??

You know, I just happened to think, the PCM has nothing to do with it. 4.7 and Hemis have a manual fan I have been working on my SRT to long.
